Refund Policy

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right, inform us of your decision by email (hello@ecoenergpurge.world) or post (Währinger Str. 18, 1090 Vienna, Austria). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in original, unopened packaging where possible.

If goods are defective, you have statutory warranty rights. Contact us within a reasonable time. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, unless the goods were defective at delivery.
